NOIR

Threaded through every NOIR garment are hundreds of years worth of knowledge, hard work and family tradition. Our clothes are built for a lifetime, not just a season. That's why we focus on doing things the right way, not just the quickest or easiest.

Our selvedge denim is woven on vintage shuttle looms, by a third generation master craftsmen family in Japan's Okayama prefecture. Though these old machines produce less than half the yield of a modern projectile loom, the end result is a superior, more durable finish.

We only use organic, natural dyes that not only produce a better looking, longer lasting product, but also wastes less fabric, and is better for our environment.
